There are a number of things you can do to combat 'spring fever' successfully. First of all, practise more physical and breathing exercises. Only be careful not to catch a cold; as soon as you arrive home, change your damp underwear.
You can do even better than that by sweating properly in a steam bath, either taking a sweat bath at home or a sauna. This will make the skin eliminate toxins faster than anything else. But beware of overdoing it; be reasonable and watch your heart. This treatment can be made easier and safer if you take a natural heart tonic.
At any rate, you can see that there are some wonderful possibilities for assisting the body to eliminate wastes and toxins by excreting them through the skin as much as possible. So do not forget to treat your body to this kind of beneficial 'spring-cleaning'.
